The thing that I love of about early episodes of Project Runway is the crazies. The "artists" who think that for some reason avante guarde fashion is going to get Heidi Klum, Michael Kors and Nina Garcia all worked fired up. Like this weeks, where crazy androgynous Asian designer Malvin gave us this for the "Make Rebecca Romijn a Maternity outfit" challenge.
It's supposed to be an egg or something. I don't know, I didn't get it. Neither did the judges. Malvin was "auf'ed."
The winning look however was Shirin's and truly adorable, plus it actually looks like something Rebecca Romijn would wear.
I'm looking forward to what else is coming this season.
